This is a sampling of the food things I’ve been up to over the past couple of months.

– Cupcakes I made for Easter: Boston Cream Pie and Vanilla with Lemon Curd
– Cinnamon Rolls (the soft, sweet, cinnamon-y center is the best part, obviously)
– Mini Apple Pies with Salted Caramel Sauce
Gyoza (Japanese dumplings) – no wonton skins? No problem. You can make your own, apparently.
– Profiteroles with Burnt Sugar
– Baked Doughnuts
– My first attempt at Bolo de Caco, a dense and delicious Portuguese bread
– Japanese Korokke, a type of potato croquette
– A mini birthday cake for my sister-in-law. Flourless chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream.
