Calzones

Calzones are so versatile, and forgiving to make. Mix together whatever you have in the fridge/freezer, throw it into some dough, bake it, and voila! Dinner (and lunch, and dinner, and possibly lunch again the next couple of days).
The recipe that I used is supposedly Jamie Oliver’s, but I can’t seem to find a link as it’s one that I hand wrote in a notebook years ago.
