Sometimes, a salad.

Sometimes, a salad is all you want and need.
Baby spinach, sliced radishes, avocado, chives.
Drizzle with vinegar (why not peach? It bring a summery sweetness to a dish), some nice olive oil and a healthy sprinkling of salt (the black truffle salt from Dean & Deluca’s is highly recommended) and pepper.

Eat, enjoy. Feel like you’re doing your body good.
