Aglio e Olio

Sauté a lot of garlic in some nice
olive oil.

Toss in your pasta. Throw some salt (truffle, if you have it) and pepper into the mix. And there you have aglio e olio spaghetti.
Feeling healthy? Put it on a bed of baby spinach. Add a kick with a sprinkle of red chili flakes. Dinner.
