Getting out of your head

Sometimes it’s not about how far or how long or how fast you run. It’s about just getting outside and out of your head. Breathing in some fresh air, appreciating how the sunlight hits the trees, hearing the dirt and gravel beneath your feet.

Just for kicks – this is my new running vest. I am an eyesore in the middle of nature, but at least no one will mistake me for a deer and accidentally try to shoot me.
